The course is aimed at previously qualified or experienced domestic heating engineers and plumbers. Training is not intended for those without experience of heating and plumbing installations as a degree of prior knowledge is assumed.
Training will bring the candidate fully up to date on all new regulations and procedures relating to advising upon and installing practical solutions that will improve energy efficiency and performance within a clients’ home.
As part of the training program you will carry out both classroom based and workshop based activities. The training is designed to help candidates prepare for the Energy Efficiency assessment - which is carried out directly after the training is completed.
This is a “must have” for anyone who is needing to install hot water and/or heating systems in order to ensure your work complies with Part L of the Building Regulations.
